Potholes and curb disintegration

Reported via mobile in the Potholes & road surface category anonymously at 07:52, Thu 1 August 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6301446.

There has been a severe deterioration of the road surface resulting in a series of pothole (exceeding 40mm) that are linking up close to the curb, resulting in further deterioration of the road. Significant stones are being eroded and displaces exacerbating the decline, and causing further hazards to pedestrians and motorists alike. The issue has been apparent for the last 12 months, but is now becoming much worse. It’s also detracting from the aesthetics of the Great Pulteney Street area.
