Deep pothole causing cyclist to fall

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6301470.

There is a relatively small (600 x 250 x 70mm) pothole that has quickly developed over the last three months, right on the turning point of a curve in the road. To my knowledge, it has already claimed one cyclist who suffered minor injuries when his front wheel, on entering the pothole, threw him off his bike. It seems to be growing quickly now it is being driven over by almost every car that passes.
