Extensive weeds growing risking damage to old wall structure

The wall structure is old and leaning. Already open points on this wall with extensive repointing needed on the opposite side from weeds but the deep roots and thick trunk of these weeds risks further damage to the wall if in treated. The weeds are also reseeding now so this adds further risk for the future if untreated.
