Eggs and food waste on path along field

Our street's food waste was collected today, and it seems that someone's bag split along the path when it was being taken by the bin people. This has left a mess outside our flat of old eggs, other food with maggots on, and runny liquid. It's towards the end of the path running along the field, outside 47/48 Whitewells Road. It was not our bag as there were no splits, so it's frustrating having this right outside, and on a hot day will create horrible smells. I don't have the tools or the time to clean this up myself. (On the note, the bin people also keep leaving our boxes right at the other end of the field, when they used to leave them outside our houses. This is messy and I'm the way, and also means having to carry them all the way back down.)
