Is parked opposite driveways on a busy road for school foot traffic

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6305392.

We believe the bus is either abandoned or living in. It has been in the same spot since the middle of May. Due to its width and proximity to driveways it is making getting on them more difficult as well as blocking visibility of a busy corner during school rush hours. Due to its appearance and size its effect on our neighbour i believe warrants action.

  • We have looked into this issue and found that it doesn't meet our criteria for intervention as an abandoned vehicle as this is somebody's dwelling and not within the councils remit to take action. It can be reported to DVLA for no tax. https://www.gov.uk/ check-vehicle-tax
