Trees are invading the back garden of the property here, in danger of losing branches and ruining the grass via the roots

The tree inspector has visited the site and finds that the only large trees at this location overshadowing the gardens are growing from the walkway which is not council owned or maintained. The brown shaded area in the attached map snip shows the limit of council land.
