Flytipping outside 9 Malborough buildings

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6307449.

There is a large plastic dustbin which is overflowing with black sacks of smelly household rubbish. Has been reported by residents in number 5 & 9 Malborough buildings and they can't find who the waste belongs to, it appears to have been dumped. It appears to be old waste as has maggots etc. It has the number 5 on the bin but does not belong to any of the residents in 5 Malborough Buildings. The dustbin is overflowing and the crew did not collect on their refuse run so please can this be collected as soon as possible?
