Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 6309036.

As you can see from the photos, the problem has not been fixed and you might want to change your contractor, because they must be lying to you. The spring is STILL emerging from the bank under the trees The water is STILL eroding the road surface The water is STILL eroding the lower bank also and spreading across the road below. The mud is STILL everywhere.
