Sinking road repair

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6316885.
There is an old repair that is sinking, covering most of the width of the left hand side of the road as you drive towards the Blue Bowl pub. It has become dangerous to drive over without slowing down significantly as it is now so much lower than the rest of the road surface. You will find it shortly after passing a telegraph pole on the left hand side of the road. The picture I have provided is from Google earth, looking towards Harptree Hill, with the Blue Bowl pub behind you.
