There is only a tiny pavement here near the college entrance and none near the top at all. The vegetation has grown so far out into the road here that when cars drive up they have to go really far over to the right (where the scrap of pavement is) to avoid getting their cars scratched, putting any pedestrians in jeopardy. If the full carriageway was clear then there would be plenty of room for everyone.
