Incorrect and misleading notice

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6326323.

This notice, advising of flooding along the river path, seems to be permanent. The path is open and there is no flooding but the notice asks people to divert to the mainroad. Can it be removed please.
