Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 14 hours, 34 minutes later. Council ref: 6329295.

Blackberry tendrils hanging over into footpath, face height across the path. This is used by many as opposite Alice park. Also over grown bushes making it tight to walk or push a pram through when cars are parked near the kerb
