BANES Council failure to manage paid residents' parking scheme

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6331169.

Vehicle permanently parked at bottom of Pera Road - parked on 'Keep Clear' sign, obstructing free-flow of traffic & forcing vehicles onto pavement, causing damage to walls of residential properties as e vehicles scrape walls.
