Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6332380.

I have previously reported this and today you have said you have been unable to complete so it's been closed. What a fantastic service The steps from Spencer Drive up to the main road are full of weeds...overgrown hedge...dog mess...and dog mess bags....the steps and pavements are slippy and a accident waiting to happen...in the dark it's lethal. Please take this seriously... It needs removing
