Parking upon designated green/Council planted tree

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6332899.

Vehicles car and lorries parking upon green on the right-hand side of the t-junction between Balmoral Road and Edinburgh Road where a tree has been planted by the Council.

Obstruction caused by parking to vehicles using the t-junction correctly using the road, plus it is a safety issue pedestrians ,wheelchair users, children, animals and vehicles using the roads and pathways.

People also drive their cars across the green and pathways to allow them quicker access to their homes!

Perhaps bollards can be installed to stop vehicles parking upon the green.
