Tree damaging wall

Reported via desktop in the Trees and woodland category anonymously at 16:12, Friday 9 August 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6337362.

Morning, my mother-in-law who lives at 5 Waterford Park, Westfield, Radstock, BA33TR - is in constant repair her wall to the rear of the property,

The tree (whitebeam) is on a small triangle piece of grass in Acacia Road(council owed), she has also told me her neighbour has written to the council before about this issue.

I am writing to you on her behalf being an OAP, her garden is now vulnerable to trespassers, the wall has fallen over, and temporary repairs have be made to the wall, there are concerns of other part of the wall.

They have paid for the materials for a second time to repair the wall, can someone investigate this with some urgency please.

Kind Regards

Neil Vranch
