I understand the large tree here belongs to the council and therefore I assume the ground below it does too. Both the tree and the vegetation are encroaching on my property, causing a problem, and need cutting back please. They were always maintained by the council in previous years but not this year for some reason. I am concerned about the tree particularly and would like to speak to someone about that. Thanks
