Problem with traffic lights

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6371673.

There is an 'advance stop line' for cyclists stopped at these traffic lights. But, it is impossible for cyclists to see the traffic lights when stopped at the ASL. Either the ASL needs re-positioning, or there needs to be additional lights installed on the pillar that cyclists can see.
