Hello, the gate to the new pond on hillcrest field was wide open today. There is a locked bolt lock but looks like there is not enough room for it to be slotted into place on post hence unlocked. I did try close it but may not hold. The pond is deep and my concern if a child especially a small child unable to swim got into the enclosed area. The pond water is very black
