ONGOING DANGER TO PUBLIC SAFETY
Previous car has been closed prematurely - Council ref: 6283173
“ We are pleased to say that our contractor has now completed their work.”
This is categorically untrue. This work has not been completed.
- On 14th August a team came to dig an exploratory hole - job reference C13246/1027651/102765.
- They confirmed they believe the issue to be a spring.
- They stated they would be recommending a larger hole / trench dug to install a perforated pipe directing the spring directly into the nearby drain.
- They roughly re-surfaced the hole and even marked it as temporary (see attached images).
I do not know how this can possibly constitute as complete?
Kindly do your job and see to it that this issue is fixed before someone slips and injures themselves on the water / biofilm.
You need to install a sufficiently large perforated pipe to sufficient depth re-route the spring directly into the drain.
THIS SHOULDN’T BE THAT DIFFICULT
