This tree overhangs the garden wall on to St Andrews Terrace

Reported via mobile in the Vegetation overhanging a road or pavement from private land or property category anonymously at 15:44, Thursday 22 August 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6387180.

The branchs are so long that they scrap my glass windows . It is noisy and dangerous especially in high winds. My window are on the left hand side of the pathway and the tree in question is in the garden on the right hand side of the photo. Over the years the branchs have got longer and longer and no one seems to address the issue. Please come and inspect as I dont know who owns the tree to request action . As the branchs completely cover a public passageway i would imagine , for public safety, the passageway will need to closed to cut down the branches .
