Sign has been turned to face the wrong way

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 6417925.
The sign (photo 1) is meant to be visible to drivers turning off London Road. Photo 2 shows drivers will see the sign edge-on when coming off London Road and will drive past it to find the road has no exit and they have to reverse down a steep hill. Residents have reported damage to their parked cars from drivers so reversing.
