One way sign knocked over

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6424720.
The one way sign has been hit probably by someone going up the road the wrong way as this happens a lot these sign need to be clear and in place to prevent an accident and people going up this and the no entry roads the wrong way
