Abandoned bike locked to gate at end of Shaftsbury Mews

Reported via desktop in the Abandoned Vehicles/Bikes category anonymously at 16:12, Monday 2 September 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6427411.

Rough looking black mountain bike has been chained in an inconsiderate manner to the gate on the path running between Third avenue and Beckhampton Road. It has been chained to the gate which is making it hard to open and means that some individuals with mobility issues have been unable to use the path (mobility scooters etc). It has been locked crossways. It has been left here for over a week. Could you please remove it?
