Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6432102.

Belongs to Virgin Media and was first reported about two years ago. Has been reported several times since and I believe was marked for repair, but I’m guessing Virgin Media are reluctant to maintain their infrastructure. It’s a trip hazard. Perhaps the council could repair in the absence of anyone else taking responsibility ?
