Drains blocked along Bailbrook lane due to mud build up

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6435071.

Due to the large building site on Bailbrook lane there has been a large amount of mud spread down the lane which is filling up the drains on either side of the lane. Please could an inspector come and investigate this issue and clear the drains? It would be great to have them come and sort this out before winter to prevent flooding/drainage issues.
