Richmon Place, narrow pavement blocked by weeds

There are several large shrubs on this tiny pavement and many fallen leaves that will turn slippery once wet. The children at St Stephens School on Richmond Place are being encouraged to walk to school but with such narrow footpaths on both sides of their road being further hampered by the excessive vegetation is that safe? People regularly have to walk in the road here to get past one another. Please clear the pavement as a matter of urgency, thanks.
