Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council 3 hours, 14 minutes later. Council ref: 6443581.
The actual drain is no longer visible. Covered in brambles and compacted with solid mud, now flooded into road. Will become even worse when the leaves come off trees from the Norton Radstock cycle path.
