Northdown Road Light 647 / The lamp post needs a new light affixed

In 2023 a drunk driver knocked down the lamp post. I reported this straight away and the post was replaced but the light has not been reattached. It is pitch black and could cause further accidents on a rural street. We have reported this several times and been informed it is in hand and the issue closed. We would like the light replaced as it was prior to the accident please. My mother works night shits and comes home in the dark in the early hours. I am afraid for her safety parking on the street.
