Huge tree overhanging footpath & road

This tree is getting so huge. The branches are overhanging the road and the leaf drop creates slippery mulch on the footpath. The road is muddy due to foliage falling and never properly drying out due to shade from tree. The road is NEVER cleaned. Please get the owner to reduce the size of overhang and please get the road cleaned.
