Install pedestrian crossing

Reported via mobile in the Faded road markings category anonymously at 09:46, Sunday 8 September 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6448466.

Please install a pedestrian crossing outside Fairfield shop. It will allow people, including many old and children to cross the road safely.

Cars speed down from Marshfield road, line of sight is often obstructed. A crossing would regulate car speed and allow people to cross the road without having to dash quickly. Much safer.

Similar to the pedestrian crossing outside the Claremont pub would be ideal.
