Very dangerous for walkers, literally looks like someone has gone at it with a sledgehammer. Big hole in the pavement

Another resident called about this, saying that it is the consequence of a big lorry parking on the pavement and there is a big hole dangerous for blind people

The resident called to say that the cone has now been pinched and the hole is exposed again. It needs to be repaired or a proper barrier put in place for it. He will alert also his local cllr
