Bus shelter removed in Charlton road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6452734.

The bus shelter in Chalrton road going towards Radstock was hit, consequently damaged and then removed last year. Since then despite having been reported repeatedly, one of the reference is FMS 5836605 there is no replacement of the bus shelter up to now. Can you please call or email and let me know when a new bus shelter will be installed? It is over a year now
