Four cars blocking laybay and public right of way
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6453106.
Two cars have been there a couple of weeks, two cars for about ten days. Lady came into the Hollies to report this as it is blocking public right of way and spaces for parking.
