The pavement and road outside my home at 40 Hurn Lane is presenting serious trip hazards. My mobility is restricted and I rely upon frequent lifts to and from my home. I use a a walking stick for getting to and from my front door, I also have impaired eyesight. The sharp changes in levels have caused me to stumble on frequent occasions - I can become very tense as a result when reaching a waiting vehicle. May I request the offending road/pavement area be promptly examined refurbished in a way to present a smooth change in levels
