Slabs on the grass verge in front 14 the Oval

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6453888.

There are some paved slabs put on the grass verge outside number 14 the Oval. Basically he created his own driveway occupaying public soil and runs a business from there. Please intervene. He takes engines apart and leaves them there
