Noisy manhole covers

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6454357.

Loose / noisy manhole cover rattling as traffic travels over - two in the middle on the mini island and the other stormwater cover outside 6 Sleep Lane.
