Overgrown hedge along Manor Road outside 6 Raleigh Close

The hedge is overgrown and in desperate need of cutting back. This has been requested several times and has been ongoing for a long time and nothing seems to happen. Please could you take a look and update with when this hedge is likely to be cut back? The hedge/trees are blocking light to the property
