Hedgerow overgrown and tree fallen over

Reported via Android in the Vegetation blocking road or sign visibility - In a residential area category anonymously at 15:41, Monday 16 September 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6477905.

I have reported this whole hedgerow needing to be cut back sometime ago and nothing has happened it it yet. Somve the hedgerow has not yet been cut back, a tree has fallen backwards and is now impacting the grass area behind the fence line and that tree needs removing asap so the development landscaping company can cut the grass properly where the fallen tree is.

Can the whole hedgerow running along the pavement of Fosseway South be cut back and the fallen tree removed very urgently?

Updates

  • I am still waiting for Somerset County Council to agree to come and cut down the fallen tree.

    Still open, via questionnaire

  • Somerset County Council did not want to remove the fallen tree so I escalated to BANES Council highways, where they finally removes the tree even though it is the responsibility of Somerset County Council

    State changed to: Fixed
