Van has been parked for over a month and haven't seen anyone go into it / drive or move it.

The Van looks abandoned, partially on double yellow lines. It's not in great condition, with yodel tape holding bits together. It's not been moved in about a month (possibly longer) and no one has been seen near / around/ getting into it.

    We have looked into this issue. We have been contacted to say the vehicle and broken down not abandoned and is going to be repaired. The case is now closed and no further action taken. Of this happens again please make a new report.
