Van parked in front of dropped kerb blocking driveway

Large Bathwick Van hire (01249 461267) van registration BX73 EUT parked in front of dropped kerb (PCN code 27 violation) and blocking driveway entry/exit. The van has currently been left here for 2 days. Neighbours do not know who the van belongs to. We have called Bathwick van hire, who said they would contact the offender, but the vehicle is still here in front of the dropped kerb and blocking the drive.
