Blocked drain again after rain

Reported via mobile in the Flooding of a road or pavement category anonymously at 08:50, Sunday 22 September 2024

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6498829.

This drain has been regularly blocking after rain for the last 4 years. The problem is getting steadily worse to the point that one day of rain blocks the drain and it creates a big puddle that covers some of the road and pavement. My residence is immediately on a down slope from this from this, which makes it at higher risk of flooding and damage if the issue is not resolved. The faulty drain is located between 55 and 57 on Holcombe close (BA3 6UP).
