Surface water

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6500990.

Due to the terrible road surface, poor drainage and heavy rain there are large puddles on the road which when mixed with inconsiderate drivers going above the speed limit create a wall of water splashing pedestrians. This morning on a 2 min walk thanks to drivers our 15 month baby was soaked through wet weather gear
