Flooding of the road and pavement when it rains. The drain in the road just blocks and the water has nowhere to go.

Just to clarify, when you arrive to fix the problem the water has now subsided but this is an ongoing issue with the drain as it is unable to cope with the volume of water running into it when it rains. Not sure if it has some sort of blockage or the actual drain is not sufficient for the volume of water it us managing?

Problem is still not fixed!!! The drain just keeps being overwhelmed with the water that runs down the road. The drain needs to be fixed or redesigned so it can cope with the volume of water that I needs to to prevent the end of the road flooding. If someone from the council would like to contact me I can provide more information and photos and I can discuss the ongoing issue with you.
