Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6508698.
Car parked for 24 hours on double yellow lines, parked opposite junction of Thomas street/Pera road preventing vehicles from turning safely. Also blocking a resident's drive.

This van is a permanent fixture outside my home and on rare occasions it goes out on business the owners block the space by placing a car there awaiting the return of the van. I believe they are not entitled to use street parking in this manner and run a business from 14a , Williams Green , Paulton Are you the Office to investigate this matter as there is much disquiet and concern with neighbours ? Paul Madden.
