Tree overhanging Hampton/Cleveland Row

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6515044.

Large tree branch overhanging Hampton/Cleveland Row (halfway between the two) and is causing an obstruction to the road. Not breaking off the tree but has suddenly started overhanging the road dramatically. Branch is too large to be broken off by hand. Seen a couple of vans get hit and it is low enough that it will hit a cars roof and windscreen.
