Zebra Crossing on Combe park

I apologise for the incorrect category, but I can’t find how to report the zebra crossing by lansdown cricket club on Combe Park Road as a significant safety risk. I used this twice daily with my children and most days cars will drive straight over without noticing, even when we are standing at the side waiting. It’s happened to us twice in the past 24 hours. It’s a huge concern for school children walking alone who are less noticeable and I haven’t experienced this to be so frequent at other zebra crossings. Is there anyway for it to be checked / monitored as I worry there will be an accident.
