Dumping of Grass cuttings
Reported via mobile in the Park safety issue category anonymously at 11:58, Sat 28 September 2024
Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6526591.
Improper disposal of grass cuttings from the golf course. Dumping of grass cuttings at the bar of mature trees, which will nutrient enrichment of the soil damaging the trees and grassland. Note that spread the grass thinly over a larger area , as clearly has been done to remove the piles, is not appropriate disposal either and will still cause nutrient enrichment. Large rotting piles of grass is also unpleasant and unsightly.
