The shrub on the private piece of land opposite 38 Upper East Hayes is very overgrown and is blocking road for large vehicles. It is also undermining the roof of next door garage and causing damage to private property.

The landowner has been contacted but no response for over a year.

There are a lot of wasps around the shrub too.
