Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 6539846.

Broken cover. Scared I will break an ankle in the dark as hard to see hole in pavement. Urgently needs repair to avoid injury to someone. Looks broken by heavy force not west and tear.
